Everything you need for a brilliant day out at Equimillion. Entry is free, the gates are open from 8am to 8pm, and there’s something for every member of the family, from world-class competition to pony rides, shopping, live music and hospitality. Here’s how to make the most of your visit.

- Where: Sydney International Equestrian Centre, Horsley Park.
- Entry: Free for spectators.
- Getting there: Ample on-site parking; enter via the main entry off Saxony Road.
- Don’t miss: Thoroughbred Masterclasses (2pm), the Stockman’s Challenge, the Saturday night Thoroughbred Showcase, and Sunday’s NRL Grand Final big-screen night.
What’s On
Each day brings a different discipline in the Main Arena, plus a full program of experiences across the grounds.
Every day: Trade Village (9am–5pm), Year of the Thoroughbred Art Exhibition (10am–4pm), Thoroughbred Masterclasses (2pm, Fri–Sun, Indoor Arena), Equine & Career Education sessions (10am & 2pm, 45 minutes), pony rides, face painting, market stalls, food trucks, licensed bars and official merchandise.

Food, Drink & Picnic Hampers
Graze all day from our food trucks and hospitality outlets, or pre-order a gourmet picnic hamper to enjoy trackside. Hampers are prepared by Mandavilla Catering and each serves two. Pre-orders close Thursday 17 September 2026, see the Picnic Hampers page to order. Available on the day (no preorders for alcohol), pair yours with wine, prosecco or champagne from the D’Villa Deck Bar.
Evening entertainment
The long weekend doesn’t stop when the competition does. The Thoroughbred Showcase lights up Saturday evening with live music, the Stockman’s Challenge runs across Friday and Saturday nights in the Indoor Arena, and Sunday brings the NRL Grand Final on the big screen with pizza in the Upper Trade Area. All of it is included with your free 4 Day Spectator Pass — seating is limited and available on a first in, best dressed basis, so arrive early to secure your spot.
Getting Here & Parking
Sydney International Equestrian Centre is at Horsley Park, easily reached via the Westlink M7. Enter via the main entry off Saxony Road, with on-site parking available. Follow the venue map and event signage to the Trade Village, arenas and Education Hub.
