Conditions Of Entry
This Racing NSW event is governed by the Equestrian Australia (EA) General Regulations, applicable to EA Sport Rules and all relevant EA Codes, policies, bylaws, rules, and regulations. The EA Sports rules (i.e., the National Rules for each EA Sport or discipline) and regulations may be accessed on the EA and ENSW websites.

This event will be run under the EA Rules and Regulations, (as defined therein) including the following:
- International Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI) Code of Conduct for the Welfare of the Horse
- Equestrian Australia (EA) Policies and Procedures including:
- EA Code of Conduct
- Helmet Standards
All Event competitors will be deemed to have read and accepted the Conditions of Entry and the rules and regulations attached (‘the Rules and Regulations’)
The Organising Committee (OC) reserve the right to amend the program, these Conditions of Entry and the Rules and Regulations, or any aspect of the Event at its discretion at any time.
The OC reserves the right to accept or refuse any entry.
Each Discipline has rules and regulations specific to that Discipline, available on the EA website.
Breaches of the Rules, Child Safe Standards, and Member Protection Policy may result in disqualification from the Event and depending on the severity of the offence, the athlete and/or their associates may face disciplinary action.
The OC, Technical Delegate/s, Ground Jury and Officials are responsible for ensuring Horse Welfare guidelines and EA Codes of Conduct are observed.
At the time of entry, you will be required to confirm you have read and agree to the Codes of Conduct.
